In order to cover the street side fees charged by NSCC/DTC and FINRA, effective December 29th, 2003, for trades of 10,000 shares or more, CCS will charge $0.0005 per share, up to a maximum of 1% of the principal amount of the trade. This fee will show as a miscellaneous fee on the trade confirmation.
