Having Trouble Getting Streaming Quotes? Here's the Solution.

If you are a streaming quote subscriber, you may have been experiencing trouble reading the quotes on-line. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please follow the instructions below to solve the problem.

If the problem persists after adjustment, or you are currently not a subscriber and would like to receive streaming quotes, please contact our customer support center at 1-888-353-6676 for assistance.

1. Click "Start" at the lower-left corner on your screen. If you are using Windows 2000 version, select "Settings" and then select "Control Panel".


If you are using Windows XP version, click "Start" and then select "Control Panel".
2. For Windows XP users, if your Control Panel looks like below, click "Switch to Classic View".
Double-click on "Java" icon.
3. Click "Advanced" tab, then double-click on "Default Java for browsers". Check "Microsoft Internet Explorer", and then click "OK" to exit. Click "OK" to exit again.
4. Close all your Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers.
5. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer. Go to www.marketrade.com to log in as usual. You should be able to read the streaming quotes now. If you still have problem with the streaming quotes, please call 1-888-353-6676 for assistance.
